How to Search the Adoption Registry
 
Click on FIND in upper menu
Select
    - FIND box searches ALL fields 
    - ADVANCED FIND searches specific fields

* To search "Advanced Find", select which field you'd like 
  to search.  
     - To Search for Adoptees DOB
            Enter Full DOB  in following format   - 03/02/1951 
            Enter Year only  -    /1951
            Enter Month only -  03/
     - To Search by Keyword, select the field you want to 
        search, enter criteria you want to find. 
            Examples:
                City & State - Dayton, OH
                Birthmothers Maiden Name - Smith
                Name of Hospital - Good Samaritan
           
  **Pending registrations are searches that were submitted but registrant did not pay the $10 Registration fee.  This search is not viewable until the registration fee is received.  Inquirers may contact adminstrators@adoptiondatabase.org

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, QuickBase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, QuickBase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. QuickBase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:
